CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-104 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2019 TRAIL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2019 Trail Project, quotes <br />were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Asphalt Concrete Solutions <br />Did Not Quote <br />Muellner Blacktop, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Arcade Asphalt, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Allied Blacktop Co. <br />$72,643.00 <br />Lino Lakes Blacktop, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. <br />$67,512.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota is the <br />lowest responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Bituminous Roadways, <br />Inc. for the construction of the 2019 Trail Project in the amount of $67,512.00; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Manthey, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, / a or <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, C ty <br />
