It was noted that Item 1 F relating to granting a special event <br />permit for Hope Fest was moved for discussion. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Presentation of plaque to Steve Heiskary for nine years of service on the Environmental Board. <br />Proclamation of the week of September 17-23 as United States Constitution Week. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member <br />Rafferty <br />moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items <br />I A through 1 <br />J, except Item <br />1 F, as presented. <br />Council <br />Member Stoesz seconded the motion.
