COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />88 <br />89 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />90 <br />91 6A) Otter Lake Animal Care Center (6848 Otter Lake Road): <br />92 i) Consider Resolution No. 19410, Approving Conditional Use Permit Amendment for <br />93 Veterinary Hospital; and <br />94 <br />95 ii) Consider Resolution No. 19-111, Approving Site Improvement Performance <br />96 Agreement. <br />97 <br />98 City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on: <br />99 Size of proposed expansion; <br />100 Conditional Use Permit issued in <br />101 Site map; <br />102 Zoning review (expansion of CUP requires amendment action); <br />103 Exterior elevations (meets City requirements); <br />104 - Storm water requirements; <br />105 Utility hook up; <br />106 Landscaping. <br />107 <br />108 Ms. Larsen explained that staff has determined that the project meets all requirements and she added <br />109 that the Planning and Zoning Board has approved the request. <br />I10 <br />ill Mayor Reinert asked what's driving the need for expansion Ms. Larsen said to her knowledge it is <br />112 just increased demand. <br />113 <br />114 Council Member Stoesz asked if traffic has been studied and Ms. Larsen said no. Staff doesn't <br />115 anticipate much additional traffic will be generated. <br />116 <br />117 Council Member Rafferty and Manthey both noted that the addition is welcomed to service the <br />118 additional residents coming to the city. <br />119 <br />120 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 110 as presented. Council Member <br />121 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />122 <br />123 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 111 as presented. Council Member <br />124 Rafferty seconded the motion.
