CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 19-34 APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR THE 2019 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 19-22 on February 25, 2019, awarding the construction contract to Arnt Construction Company for the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance Project; and WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 1 (Final) for the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance Project and can be found on file at the offices of the City of Lino Lakes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No. 1 (Final) is approved in the amount of $49,000.00 to Arnt Construction Company. Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019.
