4 <br /> <br />I. PUD DEVELOPMENT STAGE PLAN/PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br />The PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat consists of the plans and documents <br />previously noted. The final revised PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat establishes <br />the general development plan in regards to building location, traffic circulation, common areas, <br />public open space, architectural plans, landscape plans, grading and drainage plans, utility plans <br />and erosion control. <br /> <br />Separate site plan review will be required for development of the Restaurant (Lot 2, Block 2) and <br />Commercial Development (Outlot C). These developments shall be consistent with the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat and Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />II. LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The final revised preliminary plat shall establish the lot sizes and lot widths for the development. <br /> <br />The following preliminary plat legal descriptions shall be used to associate the development area <br />with the appropriate building setbacks: <br /> <br />A.
