A total of seven bids were <br />received as follows: <br /> <br />Engineers Estimate $180,656.75 <br />Dunaway Construction $119,315.06 <br />Pember Companies, Inc. $142,316.10 <br />Odesa II $146,380.00 <br />GL Contracting $148,851.90 <br />Blackstone Contractors $167,768.00 <br />Northland Excavating $184,905.75 <br />Urban Companies $213,260.00 <br /> <br />The bid tabulation indicates the low bidder as Dunaway Construction, Columbus, MN, in the <br />amount of $119,315.06 for the base bid plus all alternates. <br /> <br />The recommended funding is from the Dedicated Parks Fund. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 19-45. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
