CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SADDLE CLUB FOURTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Saddle Club Fourth Addition with <br />Resolution No. 19-63 on June 10, 2019; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between DuPont Holdings, LLC and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Saddle Club Fourth Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute <br />such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of June, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
