Saddle Club 4th Addition is a PUD, Planned Unit Development as approved by the <br />City Council by Ordinance No. 06-18, Resolution No. 18-72 and Resolution No. <br />19-63. <br /> <br />b. Per Resolution No. 18-72, the PUD, Planned Unit Development provides the <br />following flexibilities: <br /> <br />i. Reduced road right-of-way width from 60 feet to 50 feet. <br />ii. Reduced front and rear setbacks from 30 feet to 25 feet <br /> <br />c. The regulations and performance standards of the R-1, Single Family <br />Residential zoning district will be in effect unless otherwise stated in Council <br />Resolution or Development Agreement.
