The bid process netted 72 <br />only one bid, however, and the bid submitted was over budget. Staff is therefore recommending that 73 <br />the bid be rejected and staff directed to re-bid the project later in the year. 74 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 19-93 as presented. Council Member 75 <br />Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 76 <br /> 77 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT 78 <br /> 79 <br />6A) Consider Resolution No. 19-94, Order Project, Approve Plans and Specifications and 80 <br />Authorize Advertisement for Bids for the 2019 Water Tower No. 3 Project – City Engineer 81 <br />Hankee reviewed her written staff report. Staff is recommending that the council authorize moving 82 <br />forward with a bid process for the newest water tower project. The schedule for the water tower 83 <br />project was reviewed. 84 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 19-94 as presented. Council Member 85 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion.
