<br />6 <br /> <br />Animal waste is currently flushed thru the City Sewer. <br /> <br />4. The appropriate license is obtained from the City and the conditions of Chapter <br />503 relating to the keeping of animals are satisfactorily met. <br />Existing conditional use permits are on file with the City. Conditions of Chapter <br />503 have been met. <br /> <br />5. All State Health Department and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />requirements for such facilities are met. <br />Permits/licenses are on record with the State. The applicant shall obtain any <br />necessary permits from other agencies as required. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the conditional use permit amendment for veterinary hospitals for Otter Lake <br />Animal Care Center located at 6848 Otter Lake Road subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The conditions of the original 1986 Conditional Use Permit and amended 1996 <br />Conditional Use Permit are still in effect. <br />2. A drainage and utility easement shall be recorded over the north stormwater pond <br />that includes both the subject site and the adjacent property. <br />3. A drainage and utility easement shall be recorded over the portion of south <br />wetland located on the subject site. <br />4. A roadway, drainage and utility easement along CR 84 (Otter Lake Road) shall be <br />recorded. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the conditional use permit amendment subject to the following requirements <br />being addressed prior to issuance of a building permit: <br /> <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer letter dated August 7, 2019 shall be <br />addressed. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated August 6, 2019 <br />shall be addressed. <br />3. All comments from the Police Division letter dated August 6, 2019 shall be <br />addressed. <br />4. A RCWD permit is required. <br />5. A Site Improvement Performance Agreement shall be approved by City Council <br />and executed. <br />6. If no recorded roadway easement along CR 84 (Otter Lake Road) is found, an <br />easement shall be drafted by the applicant for City review and recorded. <br />7. The private well shall be properly capped.
