CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-120 <br /> <br />APPROVING ELBE STREET ALTERNATE EXIT ROUTE FOR <br />WALDOCH FARM’S PUMPKIN PATCH AND CORN MAZE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Doug Joyer, Assistant Grower/Field Manager/Beekeeper of Waldoch Farm, Inc. <br />has submitted an application requesting use of Elbe Street as an alternative exit route to run in <br />conjunction with the special event permit approved on September 9th; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Waldoch Farm’s must follow the recommendations submitted by the City of Lino <br />Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Pumpkin Patch/Corn Maze would be held daily September 21st through <br />October 31st from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the exception the Elbe Street exit be closed at <br />5:00 p.m. on October 31st; and <br />WHEREAS, Waldoch Farm’s has submitted detailed plans to set up and operate the activities, <br />including adequate parking plans. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the <br />issuance of the Special Event Permit to allow the use of Elbe Street during Waldoch Farm’s <br />Special Event to be held daily September 21st through October 31st at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of September, 2019. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member _____________ and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
