COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />3 <br /> 88 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT 89 <br /> 90 <br />6A) Otter Lake Animal Care Center (6848 Otter Lake Road): 91 <br /> i) Consider Resolution No. 19-110, Approving Conditional Use Permit Amendment for 92 <br />Veterinary Hospital; and 93 <br /> 94 <br /> ii) Consider Resolution No. 19-111, Approving Site Improvement Performance 95 <br />Agreement. 96 <br /> 97 <br />City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on: 98 <br />- Size of proposed expansion; 99 <br />- Conditional Use Permit issued in 100 <br />- Site map; 101 <br />- Zoning review (expansion of CUP requires amendment action); 102 <br />- Exterior elevations (meets City requirements); 103 <br />- Storm water requirements; 104 <br />- Utility hook up; 105 <br />- Landscaping. 106 <br /> 107 <br />Ms. Larsen explained that staff has determined that the project meets all requirements and she added 108 <br />that the Planning and Zoning Board has approved the request. 109 <br /> 110 <br />Mayor Reinert asked what’s driving the need for expansion Ms. Larsen said to her knowledge it is 111 <br />just increased demand. 112 <br /> 113 <br />Council Member Stoesz asked if traffic has been studied and Ms. Larsen said no. Staff doesn’t 114 <br />anticipate much additional traffic will be generated. 115 <br /> 116 <br />Council Member Rafferty and Manthey both noted that the addition is welcomed to service the 117 <br />additional residents coming to the city. 118 <br /> 119 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 110 as presented. Council Member 120 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 121 <br /> 122 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 111 as presented. Council Member 123 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion.
