She overviewed her written report explaining that the City 43 <br />must adopt and certify a preliminary tax levy for the coming year by the end of September. She 44 <br />reviewed the elements included in the proposed levy. 45 <br />Mayor Reinert explained that the City Council has the ability to tax at different percentages toward 46 <br />property value.
