They owned 5 parcels and lived in the <br />single family house located at 502 Lilac Street and operated Lino Lakes Blacktop, Inc. out of <br />the accessory building located at 510 Lilac Street. The house was constructed in 1966 and the <br />business started operation in 1971. The Ramsdens have since ceased operation of Lino Lakes <br />Blacktop and are trying to sell their parcels.
