2 <br /> <br /> <br />(d) The proposed use can be accommodated with existing public services and <br />will not overburden the City’s service capacity. <br /> <br />The proposed construction-related business and open and outdoor storage area can be <br />accommodated with the existing 12” municipal watermain and 8” municipal sanitary <br />sewer. <br /> <br />(e) Traffic generation by the proposed use is within capabilities of streets <br />serving the property. <br /> <br />The proposed construction-related business and open and outdoor storage do not change <br />the level of service along Lilac Street.
