The Waldoch operation is great for the city and it's good to be <br />128 helpful without infringing on other property owners. <br />129 Council Member Maher thanked those residents who came to address the council; the input is very <br />13o helpful. <br />131 Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 19-120 with the understanding that the <br />132 conditions listed in the staff report are included. Council Member Maher seconded the motion. <br />133 Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />134 3B) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 19-127, Issuance of an On -Sale and Sunday Sales <br />135 Liquor License for Campanelle Restaurant & Bar — City Clerk Bartell announced that a new <br />136 restaurant, Campenelle's, is planning to open in Lino Lakes and the owner has applied for an On- <br />137 Sale, with Sunday Sales, liquor license. The application process for the license is complete and <br />138 staff is requesting council consideration. <br />139 Mayor Reinert welcomed the new business to Lino Lakes. <br />14o Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-127 as presented. Council Member <br />141 Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />142 <br />143 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />144 <br />145 4A) Consider Donation of Seized Property — Public Safety Director Swenson reviewed his <br />146 written report requesting council authorization to donate several unclaimed bicycles. The bicycles <br />147 are free to be donated under law and city policy. He is recommending donation to the non-profit <br />148 Bikes for Kids in Ham Lakes, Minnesota. <br />149 Council Member Manthey moved to approve the donation as recommended. Council Member <br />15o Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />151 <br />152 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />153 SA) Consider Approval of Resolution 19419, Approving Contract with Electro Watchman, <br />154 Inc. —Finance Director Cotton reported that the resolution would authorize staff to execute a <br />155 contract to replace the existing card access system at the civic facility. The contract would be <br />156 funded through the Government Buildings Fund. <br />157 Council Member Stoesz asked if the one year warranty proposed could be extended by the vendor. <br />158 Ms. Cotton said Director DeGardner would have to address that question. Administrator Karlson <br />159 remarked that a one-year warranty is typical. Mayor Reinert said he'd like to see a longer warranty <br />160 as well. <br />161 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 19-119 as presented.
