2 <br /> <br /> <br />• Organizational Memberships – covers local area Chamber of <br />Commerce memberships; national tourism association <br />memberships; Minnesota Association of Convention & Visitors <br />Bureau annual memberships and so on. <br /> <br />• Miscellaneous – funding for Board and committee meeting <br />copies, software programs, office supplies, electronic file <br />sharing, backup and data storage, <br /> <br />MARKETING EXPENDITURES: <br />• Website Enhancement / Social Media – expenses incurred for <br />on-going website maintenance; website updates; content <br />development; calendar of events, etc. and social media posts <br />promoting attractions and events occurring in the TCG area. <br /> <br />• Destination Marketing – online, print and broadcast marketing <br />efforts and activities to promote the entire TCG destination <br />area to generate incremental visitation into and throughout <br />TCG’s nine member cities for day trips and overnight travel. <br /> <br />• Promotions / Collateral Materials – production and distribution <br />of the TCG regional maps; promotional banners for sports <br />events hosted in the TCG area; tradeshow booth and exhibits. <br /> <br />• Member City Grants - grants provided to each of TCG’s nine <br />member cities for use to promote their community festivals, <br />events and other assets to encourage visitation to the area. <br />Grant amounts are based on the percentage of the 3% lodging <br />tax receipts collected by each respective member city. <br /> <br />• Meeting & Conference Marketing & Promotion – online and <br />print ads to promote TCG’s meetings / conference venues. <br />
