Planning & Zoning Board
October 9, 2019
Page 5
Mr. Laden stated that he is not concerned about the length of the buildings but wants
to suggest that the buildings be broken up for aesthetics.
Mr. Grochala suggested implementing fencing requirements for areas along public
roads.
The board and staff discussed condo-ized, garage storage products. The board
suggested looking at condo garages, mini multi -storage and bigger box interior
storage buildings.
B. Project Updates
Chair Tralle inquired about the CUP for Bald Eagle Erectors. Mr. Grochala stated that
when Bald Eagle Erectors bought the site, there was CUP to bring it into
conformance and upgraded the site to meet regulations.
Chair Tralle inquired about API and why the CUP wasn't re -reviewed. Mr. Grochala
stated that this site had an existing CUP that allowed for outside storage. It was
legally grandfathered in as long as it is maintained.
Chair Tralle asked how long the bag dumpsters can be placed on the boulevard for a
residential house. There are general rules that include inspection to confirm the
dumpster is connected with construction activity. They are expected to be gone with
construction is completed.
VIII.
