CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-108 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPDATE OF <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared a Pavement Management Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is necessary to update the street ratings annually. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby authorizes staff to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to update the <br />Pavement Management ratings for a not to exceed cost of $9,764. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of August, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution made by Council Member Rafferty and <br />was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Rafferty, Stoesz, Manthey, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Jeff Reinert, : yor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julian e Bartell, City Clerk <br />
