EXHIBIT A Conditions to Special Event Permit Waldoch Farm's Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze, September 21 — October 31, 2019 Attachment to Resolution No. 19-120 • Any connection to Elbe Street shall require a 20' wide driveway base from the edge of pavement (improved Elbe Street) to the property line. The base shall be surfaced with a minimum placement of three inches of class 5 gravel to provide adequate support for vehicles and minimize vehicle tracking onto paved surfaces. Said surface shall be maintained by applicant through the course of the event. Any vehicle tracking onto Elbe Street shall be cleaned daily. • In addition applicant shall provide and maintain a gate and the property line. Gate shall be adequately secured to prevent vehicles from entering or exiting the property when alternative route is not in use. • The exit route located at Elbe Street and Waldoch Farm's be closed by 5:00 p.m. on Halloween for the safety of neighborhood trick or treaters.
