CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-122 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />THE PROPOSED 2020 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2019 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2020 <br />WHEREAS, cities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled City Council <br />meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br />this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 9, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. during <br />the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2019/2020 tax <br />levy and 2020 operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23`d day of September, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Stoesz, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Rafferty) <br />ATTEST: <br />uYanne Bartell, C <br />y <br />Cler <br />
