CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-132 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES - OPEN SPACE <br />PLANTINGS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open <br />Space Plantings, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Margolis Company $23,180.00 <br />Midwest Landscapes $22,594.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Midwest Landscapes of Otsego, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Midwest Landscaping <br />for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open Space Plantings in the amount of $22,594.00; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote beingtaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent- Stoesz) <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, C. <br />Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />
