CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-133 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES — OPEN SPACE <br />RESTORATION & FILTRATION BASIN/ISLAND AREA <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open <br />Space Restoration & Filtration Basin/Island Area, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Applied Ecological Services <br />Did Not Quote <br />Central Landscaping <br />Did Not Quote <br />Hilscher Design and Ecology, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Landbridge Ecological <br />Did Not Quote <br />Prairie Moon Nursery <br />Did Not Quote <br />Prairie Restorations, Inc. <br />$31,680.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Prairie Restoration, Inc. of Scandia, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Prairie Restoration, <br />Inc. for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open Space Restoration & Filtration <br />Basin/Island Area in the amount of $31,680.00; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent .- Stoesz) <br />eTTReinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City lerk <br />
