CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-134 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES - DRIVEWAY REPAIR <br />AT 6575 ENID TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates - <br />Driveway Repair at 6575 Enid Trail, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />ARC Asphalt Restoration Co. Inc. <br />$2,645.00 <br />Allied Blacktop Company <br />$3,986.00 <br />Muellner Blacktop Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that ARC Asphalt Restoration Co. Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from ARC Asphalt <br />Restoration Co.
