CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-135 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES - SURFACE WATER <br />MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REPAIR AND CLEAN UP <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates - Surface <br />Water Management System Repair and Clean Up, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />C. W. Houle, Inc. Did Not Quote <br />Olson's Sewer Service/Olson's Excavating Service $12,058.10 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service/Olson's Excavation Service of Forest Lake, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Olson's Sewer <br />Service/Olson's Excavating Service for the construction of the St. Clair Estates - Surface Water <br />Management System Repair and Clean Up in the amount of $12,058.10; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />None (Absent - Stoesz) <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia e Bartell, City lerk <br />
