CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-136 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Chrzanowski. Financial Advisors for Edward Jones Financial has <br />submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Chrzanowski has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representative that will be working in Lino Lakes, Daniel Chrzanowski within the <br />past 12 months; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Edward Jones Financial to sell services door to door for a period of six -months <br />beginning October 15, 2019 and ending April 15, 2020. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th of October, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member i-he_y_ and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Rein: Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia ne Bartell.
