CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-155 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL FOR THE 2018 TRUNK WATERMAIN <br />AND TRAIL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 18-122 of the Council adopted September 24, 2018, <br />awarding the contract for the 2018 Trunk Watermain and Trail Project to Dresel Contracting, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 5 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 5 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $237,070.45. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of November, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert, Stoesz <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />aliann.
