Wedel, City Engineer <br />MEETING DATE:October 14, 2013 <br />TOPIC:Consider ResolutionNo. 13-111,Adopting Assessments, Preserve at <br />Lino Lakes <br />VOTE REQUIRED:3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND <br />The following development project is substantially complete, and therefore City Staff is prepared to <br />adopt the assessments accordingly: <br />DevelopmentDevelopment Contract Date <br />Preserve at Lino LakesMay 28, 2013 <br />In the above referenced Development Contract, the property owner waives any and all procedural <br />and substantive objections to the special assessments. <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. The assessments for three of the lots <br />have already been paid as they were sold tobuilders prior to tonight’s meeting. The attached is a <br />breakdown of the Preserve at Lino Lakesassessmentsfor the remaining 28 lots. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution 13-111,Adopting Assessments, Preserve at Lino LakesWhich Requested <br />Connection to City Utilities. <br /> <br />
