CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-164 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2020 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br />the preparation of plans and specifications for street rehabilitation of: <br />Full Depth Mill and Overlay / Reclamation — Deerwood Lane from Birch Street south to <br />Fox Road, and Fox Road from Deerwood Lane west to West Shadow Lake Drive <br />Thin Overlay — Carl Street from 4th Avenue west 1,400 feet, Rehbein Street, 77th Street, <br />and Gordon Avenue. Bid Alternate* for Olive Street, Eva Street, Orange Street, and Maple <br />Street. <br />Chip Seal, Crack Fill & Striping — City Hall Parking Lot and Town Center Parkway from <br />Lake Drive to YMCA <br />Curb Repair — Town Center Parkway south curb line from Lake Drive to YMCA and east <br />entrance to City Hall parking lot; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2020 Street <br />Rehabilitation Project. <br />2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans <br />and specifications for the 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to <br />exceed $46,192.00 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli <br />e Bartell, Cjty Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, M. or <br />
