CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-169 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2020 Water and Sewer Operating <br />Budgets during their budget work sessions, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budget by <br />resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />that the following Water and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2020 are hereby adopted: <br />Operating Revenues <br />Transfers <br />2020 Water Operating Budget 2020 Sewer Operating Budget <br />$1,206,000 $1,790,000 <br />-0- -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,206,000 $1,790,000 <br />Operating Expenses <br />Debt Service <br />Total Expenses <br />$2,100,074 $2,339,425 <br />-0- -0- <br />$2,100,074 $2,339,425 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ (894,074) $ (549,425) <br />Use of Fund Surplus $ 894,074 $ 549,425 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, SToesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />
