CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-174 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Dean Ravenscroft, Financial Advisors for Edward Jones Financial has submitted a <br />peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Dean Ravenscroft has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representative within the past 12 months and found no reason to deny; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Dean Ravenscroft, Edward Jones Financial. to sell services door to door for a <br />period of six -months beginning December 10, 2019 and ending June 10, 2020. <br />.-� Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th of December, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Rafferty, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reineft, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, Cijy Cle <br />
