The one-story, 3 stall garage house <br />plans were also approved by Council. <br /> <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />The Watermark 2nd Addition Site Landscape Plan is consistent with the PUD Development <br />Stage Landscaping Plan. <br /> <br />Subdivision Ordinance <br /> <br />Conformity with the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code <br /> <br />The Watermark 2nd Addition final plat has been reviewed for compliance with the <br />comprehensive plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance.
