He prefers well water; doesn’t like the chemicals included in the City water. He 18 <br />would like the opportunity to continue with his well project. 19 <br />20 <br />Community Development Director Grochala explained that the City Code requires connection to 21 <br />municipal utilities when well or septic systems fail. Mayor Reinert asked for the definition of 22 <br />“failure”. City Engineer Hankee said the city attorney has confirmed the requirement for well 23 <br />replacement. 24 <br />25 <br />Mayor Reinert said he will work with staff to get all the details on the matter and he (the mayor) 26 <br />will personally follow up with Mr. Wiegmann. 27 <br />28 <br />SETTING THE AGENDA 29 <br />30 <br />The agenda was approved as presented. 31 <br />32 <br />CONSENT AGENDA 33 <br />34 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1D, as 35 <br />presented. Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion.
