<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2019 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2019 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project 2, one quote was received: Olson’s Sewer Service, Inc. in the amount of <br />$35,065.80; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Olson’s Sewer Service, Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson’s Sewer <br />Service, Inc. in the amount of $35,065.80, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the <br />construction of the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance Project 2 according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2019. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
