The annual event plans include a snow golf <br />course on adjacent Rice Lake with beverages and a recreational fire in the back parking <br />lot. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mr. Moore has submitted to the City a special event permit application. The application <br />has been reviewed and approved by staff and the Public Safety Department. The <br />applicant has been provided with a list of safety conditions. The applicant has agreed to <br />comply with the conditions and to address any other safety considerations that may arise. <br />Background information on the applicant is on file in the City Clerk's office. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 20-07, Authorizing issuance of a special event permit to <br />Trappers Bar & Grill. <br />
