CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-08 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR PRO STAR TREE CARE <br />WHEREAS, Pro Star Tree Care has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's <br />office; and <br />WHEREAS, Pro Star Tree Care has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for -profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representative Randy Lust has been <br />completed by the Public Safety Department within the past 12 months; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Mr. Randy Lust, owner of Pro Star Tree Care to sell services door to door for a <br />period of six -months. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of January, 2020 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Ruhland) <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, Cit, <br />Clem <br />
