CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-12 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND ACCEPTING THE <br />EXTENSION OF THE ENGINEERNG CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 18-127 of the Council adopted on October 8, 2018, <br />awarding the contract for the West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project to Geislinger & <br />Sons: and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 19-27 of the Council adopted on March 11. 2019, approving <br />Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $41,849.00 for the extension of concrete curbing; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs and schedule are detailed in Change Order No. 2; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a construction services contract extension in <br />the amount of $65.700.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />approves Change Order No. 2 in a reduced amount of $139,983.00, and the extension of the <br />engineering construction services contract. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this loth day of February, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Rafferty, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Rob Rae 61V ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Cle <br />crtti4N-'j <br />
