The West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project contract with Geislinger and Sons. WSB and Associates has provided a not to exceed fee of $65,700, which includes <br />the time the contractor exceeded the substantial and final completion dates in 2019. and the <br />time to complete the project by June 26, 2020. <br />The overall project costs including these changes is projected to be $6,332,000.00 which is <br />approximately $525,000 under budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 20-12 for Change Order No. 2 and accepting <br />the extension of the engineering construction services contract, for the West Shadow Lake Area <br />Improvement Project. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
