1. If approved, the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat and Design <br />Guidelines shall be revised and submitted to staff for review that addresses all <br />items listed in Resolution No. 19-42 and subsequent resolution. <br />a. The revised plans shall show the entire full build development (cottage <br />homes, senior complex and commercial area). <br />b. The "Dashed Area = Future" can be shown on the PUD Final Plans for <br />each phase of development. <br />2. A PUD Final Plan/Final Plat land use application and submittal is required for <br />Planning and Zoning Board review and Council approval. <br />3. All plan sheets shall include a trail along the north side of CR J (Ash Street). <br />4. Dumpsters, trash compactor and generators for the senior building shall be located <br />underground in the garage area. <br />5.
