Rud & Sons, Inc., <br />received on March 11, 2020. The following documents were reviewed: <br />• Stern Addition Certificate of Survey, Preliminary Plat, Grading and Drainage, <br />Tree inventory/removals, Utility plan, and CLOMR-F Exhibit revised and <br />submitted March 11, 2020 <br />• Site Drainage Narrative revised and submitted March 11, 2020 <br />• Geotechnical Exploration Report prepared by ITCO Allied Engineering Company <br />dated July 24, 2019. <br />• Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Jacobson Environmental, PLLC dated <br />August 2, 2019. <br />The applicant submitted a written response to comments, on file, dated March 11, 2020. <br />Engineering <br />• General <br />The Stern Subdivision is located at 6820 West Shadow Lake Drive. The applicant is <br />proposing to subdivide the property and keep the existing home on one of the lots. <br />This subdivision is subsequent to the West Shadow Lake Drive reconstruction <br />project and re -zoning to R1-X where municipal sewer and water were extended to <br />serve the site. The property is located along Reshanau Lake and within the <br />Shoreland Management District.
