CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO,19428 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2019 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT 2 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2019 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project 2, one quote was received: Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. in the amount of <br />$35,065,80; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service, Inc, is the lowest responsible quote; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson's Sewer <br />Service, Inc. in the amount of $35,065.80, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the <br />construction of the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance Project 2 according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoes z and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Rafferty, Maher, inert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />J lia e Bartell, Ci tJ Cler c <br />
