Site <br />closure does not mean that the site is free of contamination. <br />Site 5 —Acton Construction, 2209 Phelps Road, Lino Lakes, MN <br />• Leak Site LS0001284: The identified leak was discovered in 1989, consisted of fuel oil <br />#1 & #2 and leaded gasoline, impacted groundwater, and was issued site closure by <br />the MPCA in 1992. Site closure does not mean that the site is free of contamination. <br />• Brownfields VP3340: The site entered the Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup (VIC) <br />Program from 1992 to 1997. Brownfields are potentially contaminated sites where the <br />MPCA is assisting with environmental investigations and/or redevelopment activities. <br />• Brownfields BF0001207: A second VIC listing associated with Site 5 was listed as <br />active from June 2019 to December 2019. <br />Site 25 — Eagle Trucking Inc, 7087 20th Avenue, Centerville, MN <br />• Leak Site LS0013133: The identified leak was discovered in 1999, consisted of diesel, <br />and was issued site closure by the MPCA in 2000. Site closure does not mean that <br />the site is free of contamination. <br />Site 33 — Lakes 1 Stop, 7090 21s' Avenue South, Centerville, MN <br />• Leak Site LS0013380: The identified leak was discovered in 2000, consisted of <br />gasoline, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in 2003. Site closure does not <br />mean that the site is free of contamination. <br />Adiacent Sites <br />Ten (10) sites were identified adjacent to the Project Area (see Figures 2, 2A, and 2113). The <br />sites are associated with 14 listings, summarized below: <br />• Two (2) construction stormwater listings; <br />• Two (2) hazardous waste generator listings. Inclusion on the hazardous waste <br />generator database indicates the site generates hazardous waste requiring a permit; <br />• Two (2) listings were for sites with LISTs but do not directly indicate a petroleum spill <br />or release; and <br />• One (1) feedlot listing. <br />None of the listings identified adjacent to the Project Area indicate a hazardous material spill or <br />release except for the following seven (7) listings: <br />Site 8 — Corner Express, 1990 Main Street, Centerville, MN <br />• Leak Site LS0018115: The identified leak was discovered in 2010, consisted of <br />unleaded gasoline, impacted groundwater, and was issued site closure by the MPCA <br />in 2011. Site closure does not mean that the site is free of contamination. <br />• Leak Site LS0020747: The identified leak was discovered in June 2018, consisted of <br />gasoline, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in August 2018. Site closure does <br />not mean that the site is free of contamination. <br />Site 10 — Jim Stevens Construction, 7007 20th Avenue, Centerville, MN <br />• Leak Site LS0009694: The identified leak was discovered in 1996, consisted of diesel <br />and gasoline, impacted groundwater, and was issued site closure by the MPCA in <br />1998.
