Open space requirements are met and <br />exceeded. <br />The North East and North West Green Spaces, found on Sheet L2.6, hosts ' °� 23,000 <br />square ft and 54,073 square ft, respectively. The North East Greenspace requires 4-0 12 <br />large trees and -30 36 large shrubs to meet the open space landscaping standards. The <br />North West Greenspace requires 27 large trees and 80 large shrubs. The landscaping plan <br />provides 4-8 12 large tree equivalents and 87 48 large shrubs equivalents for the North <br />East Green space and 27 large tree equivalents and 80 large shrubs equivalents for the <br />North West Green Space, which meets the open space requirements. <br />Per Sheet L2.7, there is 5l� 84,699 square ft of open space in the South West <br />Greenspace. This would require 26 43 large trees and 78 127 large shrubs. The plan <br />proposes 205 202 large tree equivalents and 4-" 230 large shrub equivalents.
