Changes in the plans are either narratively described or shown as <br />soil eugk. Overall, the final plat is consistent with the /Preliminary Plat. <br />Land Use and Zoning <br />Current and Proposed Zoning <br />The property isetFfendy was zoned R, Rural and is guided for low density residential <br />land use. Per the zoning ordinance, land that is guided low density residential can be <br />zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, R-1X, Single Family Executive Residential or R-2, <br />Two Family Residential. <br />The property :s proposed was rezoned to R-1, Single Family Residential with <br />Ordinance No. 02-20. The R-1 zoning provides a natural transition from the current PUD, <br />Planned Unit Development (R-2, Two -Family) zoning in the NorthPointe development to <br />the east and the future medium density land use to the north in Lino Lakes and the <br />northwest in the City of Centerville. <br />W <br />
