'The wetlands on Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 1 were adjusted to be completely contained with <br />Outlot A and not encroach on the lots. <br />Per the 2030 and 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the site is guided for low density residential <br />development which requires a density of 1.6 to 3.9 and 1.6 to 3.0 units per acres, <br />respectively.
