PLANNING & ZONING BOARD WORK SESSION <br />AGENDA ITEM 1 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Katie Larsen, City Planner <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: July 15, 2020 <br />ITEM: Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes -Presentation by Wold <br />Architects regarding Architecture and Building <br />Elevations <br />BACKGROUND <br />At the June 10, 2020 Planning & Zoning Board meeting, staff presented the PUD Final <br />Plan/Final Plat. The Board was not supportive of the changes in the architecture and <br />building elevations from the approved PUD Development Stage Plan to the PUD Final <br />Plan and requested modifications to the plans. <br />Wold Architects will present a PowerPoint to the Board. This special meeting Work <br />Session is intended to provide feedback to the applicant with the intent the item will <br />come back to the Board at a regular meeting for formal recommendation to the Council. <br />BOARD ACTION <br />None.
