Enivonmental Board Minutes
April 29, 2020
Page 3
APPROVED MINUTES
Ms. Moffat replied that in the area of wastewater section we will be using less because
the actual data is calculated to more realistic predication instead of general guidance from
Met Council.

Mr. Flower mentioned that looking at this report in the air section there is some reference
to vehicle emissions and mentions updated traffic study. Why isn’t stationary source and
vehicle emissions stated as not applicable to an AUAR.

Ms. Moffat replied that guidance from the state an AUAR cannot be use if you have
heavy industrial use area. This is not heavy industrial so there were certain studies that
were not needed to be done. The headings that are in this report come right from the form
that the state provides to the city.

Mr. Sullivan is impressed by the document and the 70% reduction is run off with the
improvements in the area.

Ms. Andrzejewski made a MOTION to recommend the approval of the 2020 AUAR
update – Motion was seconded by Mr. Sullivan.
