He is attempting <br />18 to contact City Attorney Squires but is not getting a response. He has also filed a Freedom of <br />19 Information Act request. <br />20 Mayor Rafferty read a statement outlining the City's position regarding work being completed at <br />21 Mr. Jensen's development. <br />22 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />23 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />24 CONSENT AGENDA <br />25 Councilmember Lyden moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items lA through lE as presented. <br />26 Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion.
