CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO, 17-99 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR CENTURY FARM NORTH 7TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Century Farm North <br />7ch Addition with Resolution No. 17-98 on May 14, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between Century Farm North Development, Inc. <br />and the City of Lino Lakes for Century Farm North 7ch Addition and authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of May, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />
