Enivornmental Board <br />July 29, 2020 <br />Page 3 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Mr. Sullivan made a MOTION to forward Otter Crossing /Preliminary Plat and Site Plan <br />Review with the Environmental Board’s concerns and staff recommendations. Ms. <br />Andrzejewski seconded the motion. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />VII DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Mini Storage Update <br /> <br /> New trees have replaced and seeded has been done. <br /> <br /> Ms. Holmes wanted to know if there was irrigation for the newly planted trees. <br /> <br /> Mr. Nelson was unsure but believed that hoses were being used until irrigation was to be <br />installed. <br /> <br /> B. Recycling Update <br /> <br /> Mr. Kvendru mentioned that Recycling Saturday was busy – the workers wear gloves and <br />masks while unloading the vevhicles and have the residents stay in their car <br /> <br />This past Saturday 3800 lbs of paper was shredded <br /> <br />There will be no Annual Recycling Day this year. It is too hard to social distance at such <br />an event. <br /> <br /> Lino Park will be getting an Organics sign installed to better indentified the organics <br />cans. <br /> <br /> The first half of the SCORE Report was turned in. Had 934 lbs of recycling and our total <br />goal for the year is 2265 lbs, a little under half. <br /> <br /> Mr. Kvendru last day is August 31. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. Motion was <br />seconded by Ms. McNulty.
